managers are awful. rude to customers and employees and super super fake. they're under the impression if they say anything with a smile then it's taken in a positive way. schedules are a nightmare. 30 hours one week, the next week 15 on call hours. having to call the store 2 hours before they MIGHT want/need me to work is not only inconvenient, but illegal. the store almost never made it's sales goals, so then we would have less hours to work with and it was very clear who the favorite employees were.

Pay is horrible & Upper management beyond store level does not care about development or promoting within. The company handbook and brand message are one thing in writing but They are quick to put unrealistic goals out there and always harp on the negatives.. NEVER do we get rewarded for the great work we do outside the store. VERY high stress and tension in the stores & it seems to become more hostile everyday!
