      Pros

      Kayem is a great company to work for. It's a good sized company that maintains the family feel. They treat their employees very well and you can tell they genuinely care about the wellbeing of the people who work there. This is the type of place where many of the employees will stay throughout their career.

      Cons

      Very little to complain about - it's really grasping at straws to find negatives. The only thing I would change would be the snow emergency policy. We should be able to work from home rather than use PTO days when the weather is dangerous to travel in.

      Pros

      Friendly and knowledgeable colleagues. Exciting opportunities with the company and brands. You really feel like you're a part of the family. Company looks out for its employees and invests in their growth. Casual, yet busy, atmosphere. The open door policy with everyone is comforting. Everyone feels important here.

      Cons

      The only con is the inability to work from home in inclement weather. If the plant is open, you must use a PTO day if you cannot make it into work. No laptops.

      Pros

      Kayem has been a great place to work from atmosphere, opportunities and level of fairness. The people are happy and a joy to be around the products and focus on safety and food safety is second to none. Over the years the company has changed with the times and has a vision of future change that makes it an exciting place to work. The members are dedicated and are genuine when it comes to their attitude towards their work and commitment on building brands. The company has a very bright future and it a pleasure to be a part of a hard working group of people. Hat's off to Kayem Foods!!!

      Cons

      While Kayem has a great focus on growth it has been a challenge over the years but the company invests wisely in it's brands, it's people and technology. The company will overcome it's challenges as it always does!!!
