Pros

Stock ownership, work-life balance, and management is good.

Cons

Pay could be better. Labor hours can drop at any time, so hours may be cut, Management could be better especially with communication.

Thanks for the feedback. You're darn right the ESOP is great! Another year with a 25% payout of base earnings to eligible employees - that's 5 years in a row, and employees don't have to pay a dime to see that payout in their ESOP account! I appreciate your contributions and your advice on keeping employees better informed. We can always improve! I'll see to it that warehouse leadership hears this. Thanks again!

Great culture, great people, growth opportunities, learning opportunities through their platform, leadership training, never a full day.

Cons

Easy to overwork, not many paid days off and have to work at the company for more than 5 years to get more than 2 weeks paid off per year.

I hear you as far as PTO and flex time goes....when we're in the business of delivering to grocery stores across the country, it can feel non-stop.
