Lots of data but not aligned well enough to streamline sales, inconsistent budget planning, and too many team silos that get in the way

We need to get our orders right the first time, so our retail customers are happy, but if you recognize some areas in need of process improvement, please voice those to your Manager/Director. Very much enjoyed my time at KeHE. Good managers, good office culture, and in my role I enjoyed a good work/life balance.

Cons

No significant bonuses for anyone lower than Managers, compensation is average.
