      Pros

      Able to grow quickly in the company on to a better position. Made work site fun at times to get us through the day. (not everyday but every other day) Company would give us free meals. Also had a cafeteria where you can buy food. Company offered good paying salaries also free counseling. Company offered PTO, Holiday PAY and Sick days.

      Have a better support group on training you.

      Pros

      Local, Community-based. Not much more to say honestly.

      Cons

      Poor management from the top with low employee morale as a result, very LOW pay for the consistent stress you must endure here, inter-department dramatics, lack of resources which makes it feel like some sort of third-world facility. Just not a pleasant work environment. Did I mention the drama?

      Disorganized & chaotic organization, lack of action on behalf of higher-ups to discipline (or fire) toxic workers, poor pay for intensive assignment requirements.
