      There are some benefits though not great.

      Cons

      No support from management, over worked, no pay raise. Company feels divided, there is no diversity. They laid people off and HR sent brief email to let people know that there were some lay offs.

      Pros

      Great place to work if you're feeling desperate for a job. Great experience working with underserved populations.

      Cons

      This place is very stressful to work for. You're required to produce 7.5 hours of billing out of an 8 hour day. So that means no breaks. You work like a horse. Most management has no leadership/people skills, so the communication is unprofessional and unsafe in a mental health care setting. The training was virtually non-existent! It's sink or swim. I could go on, but I won't.
