There is a generally 6:1 - patient to nurse ratio. Good place to cut one's teeth in locked psychiatric facilities. Good pay for new grads.

Cons

High acuity, dangerous, poor leadership, teaching hospital for psychiatrists but poorly organized training for nurses.
