      They take you in without experience and give you a very generic training. You get exposed to a broad spectrum of mental health.

      Cons

      Low salary, most of the time you have to figure things out on your own. Little support from upper management. No space for growth.

      Pros

      Able to grow quickly in the company on to a better position. Made work site fun at times to get us through the day. (not everyday but every other day) Company would give us free meals. Also had a cafeteria where you can buy food. Company offered good paying salaries also free counseling. Company offered PTO, Holiday PAY and Sick days.

      Have a better support group on training you.
