It’s a job, that’s all I can say. There’s absolutely no loyalty toward the people who do the work.

Cons

If you go there just remember that it’s temporary work and they’re going to treat you like a cheap rental car during spring break.

Pros

Expand your knowledge of company products, including phones and computers, and work remotely with the support of provided equipment.

Cons

Daily, hourly, or minute-by-minute changes were common, and upper management's incompetence was a significant issue. Low pay and lack of compensation for time off due to computer problems outside our control further complicated matters.

- good beginning pay, - that being said, current new interpreters begin with a 3-week training period, paid at $15.5 - good time tracking software, although

Cons

- time tracking is a hassle, for you. - you have to log almost everything - if opt for full time, which doesn't make a difference status wise, or benefit wise, it means very long hours of demanding mental work, your mind will have to on alert all the time for incoming calls. - beginning recruiters don't have a good work ethic: ignore questions, forgetting requests, time-offs, not explaining benefits (almost on a purpose) and not explaining any new changes the company implements. - longevity issue -- not great raises = not for long term
