I received a .75 raise over the 2.5 years I worked there. My contract boss was constantly fighting Kelly on my behalf. No PTO, no overtime. Never working there again. Benefits plan was a joke.

So initially it says this position pays $15 an hour, right? well turns out you are only paid for the actual time you are taking calls, NOT including your lunch break or even when you have to use the bathroom. God forbid you have to take a s***. The only money you get paid are the seconds you are actually on the call interpreting. I did the calculation, and turns out I only made like $80 a day, but yet I was taking calls all day. This job expects you to be glued at your desk taking calls without taking time to breathe for your mental sanity. Overall the pay and the stress is not worth it. Also, all the calls with your performance team are not paid either. If you're not even getting paid to listen to them, what's the point of hearing what they have to say to you? they really expect you to care... yea ok.. i'm happy I quit
