Kelly offers a lot of freedom to come up with great innovative ideas, so one can truly contribute to the overall development of the company. As a strong performer, senior management will constantly have an eye on you and will allow you to reach your potential.

Cons

As in most larger companies, that don't really have a central office to get together, it is always a struggle to collaborate on small daily challenges and many processes are required to ensure full transperency.

Pros

If you have great ideas and perform well, the management will constantly have an eye on your personal development. Kelly gives you space for ideas and their implementation and is supporting and advising you in any matters. I personally like the low hirarchies and the american way of leadership, which you can feel in the company.

Cons

Like in each other company you will also have to deal with renewals and processes you personnally would not advocate.

Pros

Lots of flexibility and ability to work from home or leave for appointments as long as work is being completed.

Cons

Pay does not increase much with a promotion so if you move up in the company you are still at the bottom of the pay scale for the role, even though you'd have more experience with the company.
