Pros

Large company with a small company feel! Culture is to do what's best for our clients. Able to use creativity to develop customized solutions for our clients as needed. Always keeping our client's business goals in mind and support their strategies.

Cons

Sometimes hard to maneuver on who to go for what. Need to be resourceful and find people within the organization who can either support you or know who can.

Pros

There are lots of very talented people and learning opportunities. They do a nice job of recognizing great performance. There is a strong focus on analytics and how to measure success to make decisions.

Cons

The need to streamline internal processes and communications. Those hired during the recession have not been brought to current market levels. There are a lot of rules around internal promotions that can leave an employee feeling less than valued. The hours can be long.

Pros

I will start off by saying the only reason I did not rank this review a 5 is because I have not been here long enough. I've only been with the company for a few months and I love it so far. I feel like I've learned more in my first 3 months here, than what I learned in 2 years at my previous job. - Great balance of working as a team, but also being pushing to be a better individual. - Work-life balance to me is good. We put in long hours on the days it's necessary. Majority of the time we work a standard 7-4 which I think is great. - Working from home could be a pro or con depending on the person. I like the fact that we work in office a few days out of the week and from home most Thursdays and Fridays. - Lots of different opportunities for growth and development since it is such a large company.

Cons

I can't think of any major cons at this time. The training was a bit non existent. I was pretty much thrown to the wolves, however I feel sometimes that's the best way to train someone. So far it has worked fine for me. I could see this being a con for someone who prefers a more formal training.
