      Remote opportunities, good PTO package and holidays

      Cons

      Too much micromanagement, client comes 100 times first than the employee, suggestions are dismissed and the company is not upfront of current problems everything is always profitable but they cut bonuses because suddenly the company had a loss.

      Pros

      I love my team and the OCG group overall. Very transparent about what is going on in the company. Great work/life balance. No micromanaging, just do what you are paid to do and you will be successful. I had great training for my role and my supervisor is fantastic!

      Cons

      Layoffs were tough for some in the organization.
