PREFACE: I just completed almost a six-year assignment via Kelly at a major semiconductor company. * I have never been treated so poorly by an employer in my 40+ year career * Zero raises, despite years of service, inflation, and becoming an expert in the role * Zero 401k match, nor a traditional pension * Worst. Benefits. Ever! * Their incompetence cost me a week of PTO in 2021 * My 2022 PTO is very wrong, shorting me over two weeks of PTO * I had a Worker’s comp claim approved from Covid exposure and Kelly OCG hasn’t added PTO back into my account after three months * I was just laid-off. Kelly OCG violated my state’s law and failed to pay me my final paycheck, missing PTO, and Worker’s Comp time due on my last day. * My Kelly OCG Ops Manager has not returned my calls this week

lack of vision and strong leadership from top down, lack of governance, no interest in playing outside of the comfort zone, promotion being given to leaders w/out experience, no interest from HR on exit interviews and feedback. You're either on the good side or bad side - very black and white vision and seemed like the majority was in it for themselves vs. working together to achieve results.
