Pros

Ability to work remote Co-workers are great to work with and great team players. Great sales people with years of experience and top talent

Cons

If you socialize with the VP on a daily basis you can get to the top by throwing others under the bus. HR does not have hold upper management accountable for their behaviors. Management does not get involved with client until there are major issues even though they have been brought to their attention. Promotions are all about who you know.

Pros

There are lots of very talented people and learning opportunities. They do a nice job of recognizing great performance. There is a strong focus on analytics and how to measure success to make decisions.

Cons

The need to streamline internal processes and communications. Those hired during the recession have not been brought to current market levels. There are a lot of rules around internal promotions that can leave an employee feeling less than valued. The hours can be long.

Autonomy is the number one reason to work with KellyOCG. In my situation I hardly have anyone riding me for results. They are confident in my ability to handle my own work.

Cons

Sometimes poor communication and a lack of raises in five years is a little rough.
