Extremely flexible with scheduling, all work is purposeful, great people that work well together, rewards employees that do well and isn't afraid to let non-beneficial employees go, great bonus checks, unique rewards such as a day off for the annual charity auction and paid days off for volunteering in the community

Cons

Some departments go through managers frequently which can make getting a promotion difficult
