      Pros

      They pay you.. all the OT you can do... good way to gain experience to get a job elsewhere!

      Cons

      They don’t train well. Your so overwhelmed with more exposures than can possibly be worked so you need the OT. The benefits cost a lot. The job will give you headaches, anxiety and ulcers.

      Benefits starts the same day If you are looking to start in the insurance realm its great starter job but not a career

      Cons

      Managers are not trained on how to do the job High turnover rate so workloads are high Promotions are politics and not about experience No bonuses and can take 6 months before raise to show up in your check after raise approval
