      An "ok" place to work.

      Pros

      -Quiet office, you can do your work and go home. -Low Drama -Generous PTO

      Cons

      -Hardly any communication, Boss would frequently say things like we should know them and then get mad when we didn't. -No real sense of teamwork, after changing jobs I realized how apparent this is. -Low pay. I made more as a temp employee, and also I'm pretty sure fast food pays the same as the starting wage at Kemper. -Management won't acknowledge you unless you are one of the higher ups.

      Pros

      The management listens to concerns, are right there to assist when you have questions, the workload in manageable. Claims is always somewhat stressful, but I LOVE this company. This is the 5th insurance company I have worked for and it will be my last. I don't see myself ever leaving.

      Cons

      I miss the day to day interaction with coworkers since I work remotely from home and report to the Phoenix office, but I still absolutely love my job.

      An absolute crapshoot of a company

      Pros

      Got me first my Corporate IT Job, was very greatful and excited. Then as the saying goes, saw what was behind the curtain and didn't like what I saw.

      Cons

      Worst company I've ever worked for. Was happy to leave. Continually lied too about my personal growth and where things were going. Every week they are laying off more folks and sending overseas.
