Extended out of town work that can last months, however home every weekend in most cases.
Heavy corporate scrutiny of how time is spent with timecard and vehicle GPS logs being audited frequently.
Holiday pay is contingent on working the immediate workdays before AND after the date of the holiday.
Vacation is assigned once yearly rather than accrued. (Not PTO)
Some jobsites will border on the hazardous side. (Rotting food, Sewage backups, Vermin infestations, Hypodermic needles, Lead/Silica/Asbestos in the air)
