Growing company with fantastic products and people. Family-owned company means they are investing for the long haul, not for the next quarterly earnings call for Wall Street.

Cons

Somewhat behind the times from a technology and process standpoint, but that is recognized by leadership and is being worked on presently

Good pay, good benefits and sick time.

Cons

Managment is terrible. Hr department is very disappointing they know nothing and always refer you to corporate to answer questions they should know. No training on jobs so you better have confidence in your abilities and be willing to learn your job on your own. Alot of lazy people working their and nothing ever done about it. So if your a good worker you will be expected to go above and beyond while the rest play on their phones all shift.
