Pros

I love my job! I have the best boss, the company is amazing & the workers are like family. The attitudes around here are mostly happy & glad to be here. The worst day here is still 100 times better than my last job on a good day. I love coming to work & have to be told to go home. OH! And the pay is awesome too!

Cons

It is still a start up facility & we are still working the kinks out but we are getting there.
