Cons
1. To begin, I can confirm that every single other CON on here is 100% accurate. 2. Monthly all hands meetings that drag on for hours and consist mostly of the CEO talking about his fancy vacations and court side NBA tickets. 3. It is not unusual to see your coworkers crying at their desk/in the bathroom. That's the norm here due to the fact that many members of senior management seem to enjoy belittling their direct reports to make themselves feel better. 4. Many members of senior management are incompetent/not qualified to lead, especially in the Operations department. 5. Inconsistent and horrible financial/budget decision making. Some Kendo "leaders" will force you to break your back to save half a penny on a lipstick while others get lunch catered everyday and decide it's smart to buy a $20,000+ coffee machine. 6. Majority of the employees are overworked and underpaid. The pay is garbage compared to how many hours you have to work a day. They will try to sell you on the "amazing bonus" but it's not guaranteed and it's not even that great unless you are higher up. 7. This place has more drama and catfights than an episode of The Bachelor and it's difficult not to get sucked into it and forced to pick sides by senior "leadership".
