Business Outlook
Pros
Creative and collaborative think tank, latitude to grow your role. Start up mentality and fast moving. The company truly cares about its team treating them as individuals and with kindness, particularly through this last year with the uncertainty and isolation of wfh. The people/team are supportive, fun and hardworking.
Cons
It’s not an environment for people who are not collaborative or like a traditional silo/corporate environment. It’s hard work, and scrappy at times but if you like that it’s not a problem.
