The pay check is the only good thing.

Cons

Management is a revolving door. If you are not related to someone there you are treated as an "outcast". Supervisors look the other way and let their favorites doing anything but their job. The leads are allowed to bully, aggressively belittle others, and get overtime for doing no work. They have managers in charge without any knowledge of the products or how to run the department. They have no business degree and no factory experience in which to properly do their job.

Long hours with overtime pay for the hourly. Long hours with NO overtime for the salaried leads to disgruntled exempt employees. EXPECT long hours if you work for this company and plenty to do. You will not lose your job when you work 70+ hours....

Cons

Mistreatment of the hourly employees is rampant, as well as, verbal abuse to boot! The plant manager is a Bull in the China shop and loves to create conflict but will not let the managers handle problem employees once he creates the situation. The top supervisor over production is inept with only a high school degree and a whole lot of PRIDE which leads to fits of anger and outburst of profanity towards employees. The HR looks past this behavior due to the regional VP exhibiting the same flaws. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY, IN ROANOKE RAPIDS, OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.
