Expanded facilities and services for students and faculty Can offer a good education for a student, especially those who want to be come teachers Faculty makes good effort to achieve accreditation for departments and university

Cons

Library facilities need to be expanded so that faculty can do better research. Selected students did not appear to want to make a major effort to succeed. Colleagues turned out not to be collegial, rather placed their own interests first.
