Tuition reimbursement Some great co-workers Great students Good programs

Cons

Poor and inconsistent leadership Accountability where it's not needed Insane amount of bureaucracy and red tape In reality, focused on tuition revenue more than student outcomes Awful pay for baseline employees Slow to fill leadership roles, we have so many interim positions it's absurd, positions have been vacant for up to 4 years Micromanagement Slow to react to negative media or don't react at all Incompetent HR (they're trying though) Limited scholarship opportunities

Pros

Some opportunities for advancement. Tuition paid after first six months for up to three classes. Good benefits but heavy on the employee contribution side.

Cons

We are expected to accomplish great things with very little funding or leadership support. The institution and its mission have been politicized.

Pros

Great starter or retirement job. The hours were great as I did 4 10s. Benefits were awesome. You get a lot of perks in the Kennesaw area.

Cons

Don't expect any type of promotion raise or acknowledgement for any hard work you may do. The work was very repetitive with very little deviations ever
