Pros

Other colleges outside of the Elizabethtown campus may have foster a better work culture.

Cons

-culture of good old boys -sexual harassment not taken seriously -lying administration -manipulative and inauthentic administration -money and political gain are much higher priorities than students' well-being -faculty & staff safety completely disregarded -low wage employees do most of the difficult work and are shot down when asked for raises -employees mostly unsure what exactly administration does and why they are paid so much

Pros

Pay is adequate but below market. (Pay determined by a generic system rather than actual job function or responsibilty).

Cons

Upper management (VP level) have low subject matter expertise and are more like a clickish club. They do not appreciate mid-management work ethics or accomplishments. Great divide exists between mid level and upper level management. Decision making is poor because of this divide.

Good benefits, low pay, toxic culture

Pros

Good (but not stellar) benefits. Free KCTCS tuition (can be used on dependents). Pockets of good culture.

Cons

Increasingly toxic work culture with top down leadership. Low pay and after a salary study that cost over a hundred thousand dollars, they simply changed people's titles to justify not bringing people to market rates.
