Some of the most dedicated faculty and staff I've ever worked with. I really liked my colleagues.

Cons

Executive leadership is terrible and, against all odds, getting worse. The current system president is slick which is what you get when you hire a politician. The pay is bad. It is clear that leadership cares more about their own salaries and power than they do about the survival of the organization.
