Administration lacks ethics Extreme nepotism A lot of retirement padding Faculty are treated like the bottom of the bottom in the hierarchy A pay audit was done by a 3rd party, showed that faculty in KY receive the LOWEST pay of any faculty in the entire country. So they created a new "lower" faculty level (lecturer) so that it appears like you're doing better than you were. They do not consider education or experience when deciding salary, They ONLY award the MINIMUM regardless of whether you have a PhD and 15 years teaching experience.
