They do not promote from within unless you are related to or connected to upper management or board. They often know who they are going to hire before they post a job. Training is a joke. There is a training area, but no one knows what they do. Very conservative, managers prayed before meetings. Not many female leaders, they mostly hold lower level jobs. Don't value education. They promote complacency. Lots of moody employees who don't seem happy there, but are too lazy or scared to leave. It's a drag on morale.

* Rampant bullying encouraged by management * Employees pressured to purchase KYFB company insurance products to boost sales quotas -- management notified as to what you bought or not (no privacy) * Company sets up and rewards individual heroics rather than teamwork * Sweatshop culture for constant on-call demands - but this does not apply to management * Departments are siloed and people don't want to share what they know for fear of losing their jobs if others know what they do * Some managers are vicious and some are ok but just caught up in the drama - hard to figure out who to trust
