Bad management makes bad I.T.

-Excellent work location/commute. - Excellent co-workers outside of the I.T. department. - Good overall non-salary benefits

Cons

- Low pay - Lack of work schedule/vacation flexibility - Upper management holds I.T. in contempt - I.T. management has a very difficult time managing personnel and workloads.

Cons

You can use only 2 week vacation only even if you have 6 week of paid holidays as 10 years old employee , always come to office, night 2am - 6am support every other day, long working hours, salary is a joke
