Pros

You'll quickly be able to gain experience and network with vendors/clients that will set you up well for future career opportunities.

Cons

Working at kepler for as long as I did is one of my biggest regrets as a professional. I fooled myself into believing that leadership cared about me because they said all of the right things, but the reality at Kepler is that your're either in or you're out. People that are "in" are allowed to get away with just about anything and people that are "out" will never be treated fairly. I've seen people pushed to the point of tears because of the way they're treated, but then have to watch the person responsible get a promotion. You may get lucky with a good manager that can protect you from some of this, but if you're considering working here just know that a big part of being successful will be working your ability to make friends with the right people.

Pros

- the people you meet in your team that are not management are amazing

Cons

- Management is awful, do not care about you or your learning process. Blame everything on the lower staff although they the ones that approved many problems -The first month you are apart of a "Kepler University" it is pointless and wastes your time because you don't get enough time to spend working on your actual team tasks. - Hires younger people (which can be an advantage) but then promotes them way too soon and do not know how to be a manager. - Depending on the client you could be working long nights, holidays etc (not my cup of tea, but is pretty well known in agency life) - Bigger brands are moving towards in-house marketing so, many teams were getting cut and let go. - again depending on client and teams- my team was absolutely miserable and we were over worked. We needed more people on the team. - There wasn't enough time in the day, to get things done.

Pros

- A leadership team that cares - Committed to the employee experience with solid Benefits that include 10+ days off besides typical holidays (wellness days, volunteer days, summer fridays, extra holiday time in December) - Commited to growth of the company, which leads to internal growth opps - No other agency does weekly all-hands or quarterly financial reviews to tell you exactly how things are going. - Very committed to DEI - Hybrid work enviroment is a good mix of in-office and flexibility - The new business wins are rolling in lately. - Lots of very tenured employees, which is rare at agencies. Helps w/ consistency of client relationships, internasl processes, etc

Cons

Its an agency. Any con is simply a reality of agency life. Some clients are tougher than others. Some clients have seasonal moments that will cause long hours (black friday, holidays etc).
