Great people - I'm inspired by my team members, incredibly smart, hard working and caring Great work - It's been exciting both to add significant value to our clients' businesses and to work on projects that are pushing the digital media industry forward Great growth opportunities - The company is growing quickly and there's opportunity to grow with it. Additionally, the company has done a good job with training and professional development so I feel as if I'm continuing to improve in my role

Cons

There's opportunity to continue to invest in office culture. There's a positive feeling in the office but it could be stronger.

Pros

Staff - An agency's most important assets are its people, and this one is a prime example of that principle executed well. Kepler's employees are the reason to work, and to stay, at the company. They'll be the reason why it's so successful too. Culture - Very driven, passionate culture that's regularly breaking new ground + making processes efficient/autonomous, and enjoying it all at the same time. Work/life balance for an agency is excellent too (~50hr/week). Business Outlook - Company is growing very quickly, but supported by strong financials. Management is transparent about performance too. Biz Dev pipeline is very strong. Opportunities - Organization is quite flat, and entrepreneurial by nature, so opportunities are only limited by bandwidth + desire.

Cons

Culture - While we work in a highly motivated, passionate culture, the team can be "heads-down" at times. Most people would prefer to work on their projects than go out to happy hour, typically. This is not technically a negative, but is an important callout.
