Furthermore, we require all our teammates to go through annual training that addresses workplace harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, along with other topic areas to ensure a safe and positive workplace for our teammates. Any large company has many moving parts, and we are continuously looking for ways to improve operations and quality to better serve our patients and teammates. The company reviews compensation data regularly to ensure that the compensation for our teammates is competitive and fair.
