As a full time employee you can’t take off unless you have PTO, and if you do have PTO you can only take off 5 days at a time. They do not care about your health. They make you come in sick. They are short staffed and make it your problem. HR is useless. This company asks for a lot of commitment from an hourly employee. They messed up my paycheck more than 4 times and just tell you to wait until the next one. One time they shorted my check 3 pay checks in a row and still made me wait until the next one.

Where to start... Their optical lab (Identity Optical) is disorganized and constantly makes errors costing loads of money in remakes and making many patients very (understandably) upset. The supply center/inventory control consistently makes errors in frame ordering. We no longer have control over our inventory nor are we permitted any direct contact with most of our frame manufacturers anymore. The credentialing department has taken a whole year and has not completed credentialing with our newest doctor in that time and we are having to turn away patients because of it. We as a clinic were promised everything would be the "same or better" after we were acquired by Keplr. That could not have been a more blatant lie. Here we are, about a year later, and nothing has been fixed or even properly addressed. They now skirt scheduling meetings instead of taking care of the issues!
