Insurance benefits are solid, Surest plan is excellent

Cons

No support for disabled employees despite the ADA, zero transparency, training is dismal if present, no consistency or structure, poor management practices, little to no accountability for physician misconduct if not explicitly illegal, no job security whatsoever.

Cons

typical corporate cons - lots of top down decisions that just don't make any sense for your practice, ever more understaffed and overworked, management is ever more incompetent (for the state of the industry as a whole its not so bad, but the patients deserve better)
