- Good for learning curves related to systems, SOPs, practice - Flexible working hours - Got events for every celebration - Fixed bonus - High chances/opportunity to move in different team if you perform well

Cons

- Some increment will depend on performance or how close with your boss/upper management - Some of toxic manager who are refused to understand process in another function/team - Prefer to pay high salary from external instead give increment/promotion to internal resources
