Pros
Benefits are good. You can further your education because the company pays for it. There is also many opportunities to travel and develop relationships with customers. If you have an accounting background you can go anywhere in the company.
Cons
The company always works very lean. So the pressure to preform is always there. Kerry used to have a president who did not have a background in accounting, but now they do. That has made a huge difference in the tone of the company. Only the very young are mentored and groomed for advancement. The rest are ignored. Lip service is given to developing recognition. All those who were involved in developing a recognition program are no longer part of the company.
