Ambitious, focused and growing company. Fantastic environment in the Naas Global Innovation Centre and Tralee HQ. Unbelievable career progression opportunities. Fast-paced and dynamic.

Cons

Only suitable for a very self motivated individual, things are moving quickly and there is no hand-holding. You're expected to find your own way - if you need something go and get it.

Great team of workers good work atmosphere

Cons

Management structure weak Supervisors promoted through family and outside machinery tended to break down often Not enough money spent upgrading machinery. If machine broke down you had to stay back no choice in overtime
