Lots of businesses within the group and opportunity to work across those groups on different project and across different disciplines. High performing teams and always striving to be the best.

Cons

the business went through lots of changes which wasn't always well managed. Impact on people, plant and processes were not always fully considered and sometimes had a greater impact down the line

Pros

Fast paced, with lots of growth in different areas and lots of opportunity if you are keen enough and have ambition. Innovation hungry and uses the best of current commercial lean and CI methodologies. Learning and development is good if you want it. Communication is good and plenty of it. Good basic pay.

Cons

There are a lot of employees and even some managers stuck in their ways and have been for a long time. Often a lot of talk and not enough action, or the action comes too late. Though the pay is good, rewards and benefits are possibly not enough to attract the very best from industry.

A great company if you have an enterpreneurial spirit - flexible, open to change, self-motivated, pro-active, think out of the box, and open to new challenges. Kerry is constantly acquiring companies and needs great people, so there is plenty of room for promotion if you can prove you are the right person.

Cons

Because of its fast-moving pace, sometimes decisions are taken too quickly, before all information has been collected and fully analyzed, resulting in occasional disappointments.
