Enjoy time here. Big projects and speedy growth mean long hours but huge potential. True that senior roles currently dominated by Irish expats but recent ones are better at communicating and spend more time in JB office than before give window to MNC environment and international practice

The greatest experience in all my 10 years in the corporate, there is just so much to learn no one day is the same. I learnt how to think strategic

Cons

I just find the management expects employees to be exactly like them of to be the kind of people they dream of, if a person does not fit the profile they get ignored and as a result end up not getting the recognition. It is a boys' club, women need to work 3x as hard to get the same recognition as men.
