Pros

Kerry is one of the few companies that continue to do well in the current economic climate. Due to the fact that Kerry is a worldwide company, there may be opportunitires to secure a position to work within the Group in other countries.

Cons

Male dominated and chauvinistic. No appreciation given for a job well done. Senior staff and department heads are the people who get [and take] the credit for the hard work and long hours that the people who report to them put in. No communication between senior management and department teams. "Cloak & dagger" attitude - Information is only shared on a "what we feel you need to know basis". No incentives available.
