Pros

If you have a background in business or accounting the sky appears to be the limit for your career ambitions.

Cons

The pay and benefits seem pretty mediocre, at best. Meanwhile, expectations are rising fast. I can't tell where we are trying to go as an organization.

Not a good long-term job opportunity

Pros

Several locations across the US to work at. A good opportunity to learn some skills to use in a new job.

Cons

Kerry treats employees, including managers, as replaceable commodities. A focus on cutting cost has inevitably lead to major cuts in the easiest place to do them- employee benefits. Poor health care and mediocre 401k plan. No bonus plan for managers, resulting in plant management teams uninterested with plant performance outside of their specific function. Executive positions are reserved for Irish. POOR POOR POOR communication.
