Good environment, no toxicty at least in my department. Provide lunch/dinner allowance, gave internet allowance and maintain hybrid working.

Cons

Low progress in increment. Hard to get promotion because there is no opening roles.

basic salary on the lower side, but provides consistent OT every month depending on role

Pros

Great flexibility and chances for managers to recognize staff for good performance.

Cons

A working environment where work politics shine so brightly that it completely wipes out any good there is.. Performative managers run rampant here. You are not rewarded for voicing out real issues. This is the highest turnover I have seen in any shared service and it is actually very concerning. Extreme amount of toxicity even between direct team members.
