Pros

The only good thing I can think of is that employees learn how NOT to manage a business by working at Kerry.

Cons

Employees are almost entirely under-qualified and under-talented for their positions. Kerry directors would be managers at other companies, Kerry managers would be supervisors at other companies, etc. They have plant managers in their early 30s who are in over their heads and make bad decisions. Also, the culture is so toxic that most people only stay with Kerry for 2-3 years.

They have a cafeteria and workout facility.

Cons

The company processes are chaotic, not much support from upper management and at the end of the day they only care about the numbers. I was there almost 4 years and saw may lay offs, the most recent was 250+ people.
