Culture is very level/class oriented. People are expected to work ridiculous amount of hours and not be compensated. Growth and acquisitions has caused band-aid after band-aid fix and causes horrific issues internally. Employees act like enemies not coworkers, between functions of Manufacturing, supply chain, customer service and management – NO team here! Good leaders create leaders; this culture creates followers and intimidated employees. Accounting functions (AR & AP) to India is the biggest mistake and has caused extreme stress to employees, customers and vendors.

The talent acquisition leadership has created an environment of fear, chaos and dysfunctional behaviors. Recruiters are punished if they do not meet their metrics. Leadership takes their resources away (needed to do their job) when they do not meet their metrics. They talk about confidential information about each other and behind their backs. Every day is complete chaos created by management. They would 60+ hours a week, no work-life balance and meetings are of very little value. Leadership micromanages which is why so many hours are worked. People are and have been very unhappy but due to poor job market unable to leave. If anyone where to go to HR to complain, HR would turn against them and they would be blacklisted. They live in fear of losing their jobs everyday.
