I've been at Kestra for 6 years and have grown exponentially compared to previous companies I've worked for in the past. I work for people dedicated to mutually beneficial goals and growth. Some days can be tough in a fast paced environment, but I feel like it is communicated when priorities change making it easier for my team to pivot. Finally, I feel like my contributions are valued and I am a part of the company's success.

Cons

This review requires a con is added, so I've included. But, honestly, everywhere I've ever worked has things I like and don't like, The things I don't like about Kestra are so trivial compared to the pros. I truly do enjoy coming to work everyday. All fast paced companies experience rapid growth and all growth comes with growing pains, While I believe most change is thoughtfully implemented, they have missed the mark occasionally. But when they do, its corrected for the future.

The company culture is amazing especially coming back after the pandemic. Management supports the many employee activities offered and is always looking for ways to show their appreciation. Everyone seems to have embraced being back in the office and it feels like the collaboration is soaring.
