No encouragement from mid-level mg't, no raises, drivers are "just another booty in the seat".

Pros

Great people, low stress environment. Drive prototype vehicles and report to engineers. Paid training off site was great!

Cons

Pay was what you would expect for this type of work. Job was mundane, but it was cleary explained before position was accepted.

Co-workers are pretty decent. Benefits are good. Exposure to people from around the world.

Cons

No advancement. management are there for themselves with their own agendas. Training is poor and not well organized. HR at times is a joke. Pay is really crappy at the lower levels
