Employees in my department are disposable, kept at part time status to avoid paying holiday pay, medical benifits and allowing for no sense of loyalty. Pay is minimum wage. But knowing that kett is working as the job shop im sure hatchi is paying kett much more for each driver. Management is selfish and sometimes not professional. I have been lied to about availability of vehicles. Scheduling is changed daily so drivers are unaware if they work until last minute leaving 3rd shift with little time for un-interrupted sleep. Employees are constantly threatened with dismissal. Employees are hired and scheduled without regard to seniority causing cuts in days per week promised to employees.

The benefits are expensive, the off time can be costly. The work can be a bit dirty. The shifts can be a little tiring. Really, overall a great place to work. The pay is ok, nothing to write home about but can put some food on the tables.
