As a test driver, it's fun to drive around in different cars and see if you can find faults with them.

Cons

Pay. Really low. Also, I have not had more than three days of work in any single week since I've been there.

Cons

You are not guaranteed 40 hours per week. The pay is too low (as a driver) to support yourself, even if you do get 40 hours. Managers sometimes forget to send out schedules, not great at communications. The cars have been modified and some of those modifications make problems which are not corrected by the engineers.
